Not good

I wish they'd put the questions in the book. You have to keep looking back and forth with your big textbook to see what the original question to the solutions are.
I also didn't use the book that much because of course, there are many ways to solve something. And I hated how they skipped steps during their explanations.

Teachers, please... don't buy this.

TEACHERS be warned, this solutions manual is garbage. Before each test a few friends and I will gather in the library to study homework problems, and one person is solely in charge of making sure the problem we are doing is in the solutions manual. Why am I mentioning this? Because only the odd problems are in the manual, which is usual. However only a third of the odd problems are even in this manual. They are erratic in answering the ones they want, hitting on only the core problems that are not to hard and not to easy. This means if your students don't understand a basic concept, such as momentum or impulse, and reading the text just inst resonating, than they will most likely have to look up online how to do those things. The solutions manual seldom covers the first three or four odd problems in each section, and the way the book is designed, these are the basic theory questions. So again, if they don't get the theory in the text its off to the internet to find a solution.
The authors also choose to omit the insanely harder questions, you know the ones that test your intellect as a student to insure your understanding thus far. For instance in a centripetal force section we can only see answers to the centripetal force problems, and not many of those that incorporate friction with the centripetal force.
The only pro to this book is that the problems that are worked out, albeit a spare number of them, are worked out to completion and organized very well. Though they do tend to not include some steps in the later chapters.

Practice from pdf 12th edition textbook and solutions manual instead

It is understandable for a solutions manual to only have the odd problems answered. However, only a small portion of the odd answers are from the University Physics with Modern Physics 13th edition textbook. This disallows you to practice those problems.
My solution: You can find the pdf 12th edition solutions manual and 12th edition textbook online. Do those problems instead. They are essentially the same problems as the 13th edition but just rearranged so you will get the same practice.
