Roger LeRoy Miller received his PhD from the University of Chicago. Dr. Miller is a legal specialist and author of numerous books on law and the legal environment, including criminal procedure. In addition, Dr. Miller has authored books on the war on drugs, the economics of crime and criminal behavior, and on related topics.
Daniel K. Benjamin is an Alumni Distinguished Professor in the John E. Walker Department of Economics, Clemson University.

short and sweet

I read this book during my intro macroeconomics class and absolutely loved it. Each chapter covers a different topic in a manner that is quick and easy to read. The authors explain everything in a way that is easy to follow and enjoyable - that it is definitely a good read for anyone in the econ field, or anyone looking to understand more about what is going on in our economy right now.

The person that reviewed this other than myself is off-based by such a degree, his "review" should be taken down. It seems he interpreted the book in a way that best fit his cynicism. Anyone reading it would be wise to disregard it.
This book was extremely well-written, and made some staggeringly relevant points. All points are based on FACTS, rather than conjecture, though I believe conjecture is what some people prefer. All analysis can be drawn without controversy when following citations, and this book leaves nothing vague or unexplained. Truly one of the best economics books I've ever read.
