Very helpful

This book helped me a ton when it came to really understanding the subject matter. If I didn't completely understand something from the lecture portion of my course, I could always go to this book for a comprehensive and intuitive description of whatever it was I didn't understand. The worked out problems mid chapter are really useful as well as the problems at the end of the chapters. It is a bit expensive, but that's not uncommon with textbooks like this one.
